This is my favorite salsa recipe. You can change the amount of peppers you use depending on how hot you like it. In the fall, I usually use tomatoes from the garden instead of can tomatoes. Enjoy!
Ingredients
6 - 8 fresh Roma tomatoes
1 large yellow onion
3 - 4 Anaheim green peppers
6 - 8 Jalapeno Chile peppers
1 bunch cilantro
4 tablespoons Real Lemon Juice
4 tablespoons minced garlic
4 tablespoons white vinegar
2 large cans diced tomatoes (I usually use 1 can)
1 tablespoon garlic salt
Directions
Wash all veggies
Chop/dice Roma tomatoes, onion, and cilantro and place into a bowl.
Add can tomatoes, liquid and garlic salt. Stir.
Separate for hot , medium and mild
Dice/chop peppers
Add to separated portions for desired heat levels.
This makes a ton. I usually half the recipe.
