Cheese Ball


My family loves cheese balls and looks forward to holidays and game nights because it is a staple during those events. I put all the ingredients in a food processor pluse for a few seconds and it ready to eat. This recipe makes a soft cheese ball. If you want it firmer, add less sour cream.

Ingredients
8 oz. of extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated (I grate this first in the food processor)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 green onions, minced (you may want to add more)
1 (5 oz.) jar of Kraft Old English cheese spread
1/2 cup sour cream, more or less depending how firm a cheese ball is desired
granulated garlic, to taste
seasoned salt, to taste

Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a food processer and mix well.
