I wanted an easy and quick dip for game night. I ran across this one that I had forgotten about. Everyone thought is was great. My daughters wanted to make sure I added it to the blog so they could make it when they are away from home.
Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz.) chili (no beans)
1 bunch green onions, diced
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in 1-inch cubes
Directions
Combine chili with cheese cubes, diced onions, and diced green chilies.
Place in a large baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Serve hot with tortilla chips, corn chips, or cubed baguettes.
