A wonderful summer dessert! It is so light and refreshing...perfect for a hot summer day.
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (12 ounces) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 graham cracker pie crusts
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (12 ounces) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed

Directions:Combine ice cream and lemonade in bowl, mix well. Pour into crusts. Freeze until firm. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
Yield: 2 pies, 16 servings.
