
Ingredients:
8 thin pork chops
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
4 celery ribs, chopped
1 large green pepper, diced
2 (14-1/2 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1-2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
3 tablespoons water
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Cooked rice
Directions:
1. Place pork chops in slow cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Add onions, celery, green pepper, and tomatoes.
3. Combine ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon. Mix and pour over vegetables.
4. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
5. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into slow cooker.
6. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes, or until thickened.
7. Serve over rice.
