Country Baked Beans

This recipe is a repeated request.  Every summer my family asks repeatedly for me to make it.  I am happy to because it is very easy to make.  The recipe calls for canned beans which to my surprise gives them them a wonderful homemade taste.

Ingredients
4 cans (16 ounces each) baked beans, drained
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
1 large onion, chopped
1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups packed brown sugar

Directions
In two ungreased 2-quart baking dishes, combine all of the ingredients.  stir until blended.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until heated through.

Yield: 10 - 12 servings
