We needed some comfort food the other night. This was a hit with all five members of the family. This would be great served with a green salad.
Ingredients
2-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1-8 ounce fat-free cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground garlic
1/4 cup grated parmesan Cheese
about 4 cups Country Pasta (homemade style egg pasta)
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions.
Mix together the first 6 ingredients. Cook on the stove until all of the cheeses are blended together.
Mix the pasta and cheese mixture together. Place in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Uncover and cook for an addtional 10 minutes.
