Brunch Casserole

The recipe was found on the back of the ham I purchase.

Ingredients
4 slices of bread, cubed
12 eggs
1 cup low fat sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 pound spiral sliced ham
1 cup low fat milk
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Directions
Spread bread cubes evenly over bottom of 13 x 9 greased baking dish. Cut ham into thin strips. Cover bread cubes with ham. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and sour cream until smooth. Stir in cheese and onions. Pour mixture over ham. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Yield: 8 - 10 servings
