Overnight Chicken

This is a great make ahead chicken recipe.  It's convenient since you refrigerate it overnight, then simple coat with crumbs and bake.  It comes out crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup sour cream
1/8 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
3/4 to 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup butter, melted

Directions
Place the chicken in one large resealable plastic bag.  In a bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.  Pour over chicken; seal bag and toss to coat. Refrigerate overnight.

Drain and discard marinade.  Coat chicken with cracker crumbs; place in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.

Combine oil and butter; drizzle over chicken.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes or until juices run clear.

Yield: 8 servings
