Debbie, my roommates before I was married, gave me this recipe. I make it several times in the fall. Even chocolate lovers love this recipe! Sorry I don't have a picture.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1-1/2 sticks butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pound canned pumpkin
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
Mix altogether. Pour into 10 x 14 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
Frosting ingredients:
3-4 ounces cream cheese
4 teaspoons crisco
3 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter
tad of milk
Directions:
Mix until smooth and frost pumpkin mixture.
