I needed to bring a dessert for book club. It was hot and muggy outside so baking something was out of the question. This dessert is cool and refreshing, easy to make, and only three ingredients...a perfect summer treat.
Ingredients:
1/2 gallon orange sherbet or flavor of your choice except Rainbow sherbet.
1 package (10 ounces) frozen sweetened raspberries, thawed
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
Directions:
Place the sherbet in a large bowl, stir in raspberries and bananas. Freeze until firm.
**This is great combined with Coconut Pineapple ice cream.
Yield: 18 servings
