Salsa Dip

This is a extremely simple recipe to make when I am watching the Jazz game at home. It just takes a few ingredients which I try to keep on hand in the pantry.

Ingredients
1 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup of Salsa

Directions
Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes. You can also put it into a slow cooker.

Serve with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.

Yield: 20 servings, 2 tablespoons each
