WANTED Zucchini Recipes!!

In my garden, there lives the beast, a 4 foot tall zucchini plant that puts out 2 full-sized zucchinis a day. I am currently looking for great tasting zucchini recipes so I use my abundant supply of zucchini. I would absolutely love it if you have a great recipe and send it to me. I know I am not the only one who has way too many zucchini growing in the garden and would love to have recipes. Can't wait to hear from you. I will post some recipes as I make them. Thanks!
