Buffalo Chicken Salad

This salad is the main meal.  It is totally healthy...minus everything but the lettuce and carrots!

Ingredients
leafy green lettuce, coarsely torn or chopped
carrots, shredded
hard boiled eggs, sliced
bacon, crumbled
olives, sliced
cheddar cheese, shredded
blue cheese crumbles

Directions
Layer or toss together all ingredients.  Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and top with with crumbled tortilla chips.
