Refreshing Spaghetti Salad

When my tomatoes and cucumbers are abundant in the garden, I know it is time to make this fresh-tasting salad. This salad can conveniently be made the night before.

Ingredients:
1 package (16 ounces) thin spaghetti, halved (You can use regular or whole grain)
3 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small zucchini, peeled and diced
2 large cucumbers, halved, seeded and diced
1 bottle (16 ounces) Lite Zesty Italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Salad Supreme Seasoning

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl; add tomatoes, zucchini, and cucumbers. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Yield: 12 servings.
